Eight years ago, I started working with Pia Mellody in Wickenburg, Arizona.  I attended all of her training workshops and have reviewed most of them again.  I have attended many times her Couples' Boundary Workshops.  I also allow other therapists learning this model to "sit in" on my Healing Our Core Issues workshops and to deepen their understanding of her model.

Nine years ago, I was one of the co-founders along with Terry Real of the Relational Recovery Institute, Arlington, MA. which is now renamed to the Relational Life Institute. The Institute is dedicated to providing men and women, the insight and the tools to recover the state of wholeness and connectedness in their significant partner relationship as well as friendships. I coach other therapist's in this model through monthly telephone groups.

I also specialize in leading workshops in my private practice for individuals with trauma using Pia Mellody�s, Post Induction Treatment method that investigates the origins of adult dysfunctional behaviors. I combine both of these models in effectively working with clients to heal and alleviate painful relationships.

I have been a therapist in private practice for sixteen years working with individuals and couples. I hold a licensed masters degree in counseling psychology from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA. I enjoy my work and bring my years of experience and expertise to all my clients. I am blessed with two sons and a husband and am committed to living a "relational" life.
